Search for a suspect near Fawn Road

BONNERS FERRY — At 10:14 p.m., a high speed pursuit ended with the pursued vehicle turning off of HWY 95 and crashing on Fawn Lane, at approximately mile post 514.5, across from Camp Nine.

According to scanner traffic, the driver fled on foot and law enforcement is currently searching for him in the area. He is described as a skinny white male and believed to be wearing a red sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Please yield to emergency vehicles and call the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office if you see someone matching this description in the area.
