The Kalispell Planning Board will hold a public hearing Tuesday to consider a proposed apartment complex on Woodland Drive.

Woodland Apartments, LLC, is seeing a conditional-use permit for a two-story, nine-unit apartment building at 23 Woodland Drive. The property is zoned neighborhood commercial, which allows multifamily housing if the developer has a conditional-use permit. The development would include two 580-square-foot efficiency units and seven two-bedroom units that would be approximately 1,060 square feet. The property would also include parking, walkways, a trash disposal area, landscaping, a barbecue area and bike racks.

Immediately following the meeting, there will also be a work session to discuss the Kalispell pedestrian and bike plan.

The board meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, at Kalispell City Hall, 201 First Ave. E.

The meeting is open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend. There will be time allotted for public comments on agenda items or non-agenda items.
