A woman was taken to the hospital after a head-on collision Friday afternoon in Kalispell.
The woman, described as being in her mid 70s by Kalispell Police Sgt. C.W. Zimmerman, was driving a red Audi A4 east on Woodland Avenue near Woodland Park when she crossed into the eastbound lane and collided with a large Kenworth truck.
Zimmerman said the woman may have suffered serious injuries.
The airbags in the Audi deployed.
Both vehicles were disabled and had to be towed from the scene.
