Paul Hulbert Stout, Jr., 51, of Kellogg, Idaho, passed away May 13, 2019 at the Shoshone Medical Center of Kellogg. He was born January 19, 1968 in Kellogg.

A Celebration of Paul’s Life will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at the Longshot Saloon of Kellogg; everyone is welcome.
