ENTRANTS WHO placed in the top three of their age groups in the 10K portion of the Skunk Alley Fun Run received a nice medal, pictured at right. The top three in each division of the 3K race were given smaller medals.

SARAH STOVER of Thompson Falls was the first female to cross the finish line in the 10 portion of the Skunk Alley Fun Run on Saturday, June 8. Her winning time was 55 minutes, 19 seconds.

DITA BRAS was the first female to cross the finish line in the 3K portion of the Homesteader Days Skunk Alley Fun Run last Saturday in Hot Springs.

ELIJAH CAMPBELL, only 12 years old, of Hot Springs was the overall winner of the 3K portion of the Skunk Alley Fun Run. His winning time was 13 minutes, 20 seconds. Dita Bras was the first female to finish the 3K.

THIS IS view from a horse trailer being pulled by Lawrence Walchuk at the start of the 3K and 10K races in the Skunk Alley Fun Run on Saturday morning. Most of the entrants rode in the trailer from town to the starting line for the race. The 3K runners are running toward the trailer and the 10K entrants went the other direction.
