SANDPOINT — A Bonner County grand jury has indicted a Spirit Lake man on multiple counts of lewd and lascivious conduct, 1st District Court records show.

The indictment against Kenneth Bernard Kimbley III, however, remains filed under seal. He is charged with nine counts which date back to 2011, according to Idaho’s iCourt portal.

Kimbley, who is 35 or 36, is seeking private counsel and his bail is set at $100,000.

Kimbley is scheduled to be arraigned on June 17.

The indictment was handed up on Monday and he was arrested the following day.
