The Pend Oreille Arts Council is happy to announce that the twenty-second annual crowd-pleasing Student Art Show will open Friday, March 15 at the Power House Gallery, 120 East Lake St.

An artists’ reception will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and the public is invited to come view the varied talents of our region’s high school students.

“This exhibit embodies the spirit and youth of our community and gives them the opportunity to share the creative voice that they have been cultivating all year long,” POAC’s visual arts coordinator Lucy Bigley said.

Participating in this year’s show are the works of students from Sandpoint High School, Lake Pend Oreille High School, Forrest M. Bird Charter School and Clark Fork High School.
