Paterson earns CNE designation

Julie Paterson, a real estate agent with Windermere/Coeur d’Alene Realty, has earned her Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE) designation. Only 3 percent of real estate agents hold this designation, which required Paterson to attend two days of intensive training in Seattle.

“In virtually all home purchase/sale transactions, home buyers and sellers rely exclusively on their agent to interact and negotiate on their behalf,” said Windermere’s announcement of Paterson’s achievement. “Clients appreciate a skilled negotiator and great results for both parties.”
