POST FALLS — Three occupants of what neighbors told police was a suspected problem house in Post Falls were arrested on Friday morning.
Post Falls police Capt. Jason Mealer said teams from the multi-agency Special Response Team (formerly SWAT) and the North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force responded to a home in the 500 block of East 23rd Street around 6:30 a.m.
Three Post Falls adults — two men and a woman — were arrested after a search warrant was served.
Andrew Stephan, 27, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order and a parole violation warrant. Darla Hopkins, 37, was arrested for frequenting. Rick Wheeler Bartholomew, 43, was arrested for possession of paraphernalia.
"The community made us aware that there could be some problems at the home," Mealer said, adding that different people were seen frequenting the home at odd hours.
The occupants were arrested without incident, Mealer said.
"No drama whatsoever," he said.
A fourth occupant inside the home was not charged. Mealer said no children were present when the search warrant was served.
