Japanese sushi bar, steakhouse to open in Hayden

A hibachi grill and sushi bar are featured at Fu-Ki Japanese Steakhouse, opening at 8885 Government Way in a new building where the Kynrede Restaurant was previously in Hayden.
The menu is similar to the owners’ Fu-Ki Restaurant in Post Falls but has added Thai dishes for lunch and drink selections. The chef cooks at the table of the diners, with a capacity of 85 people.

Orthopedic Sports Institute opens in Cd’A
Complete physical therapy services are offered at Orthopedic Sports Institute now open at 1233 N. Northwood Center Court in Coeur d’Alene.
Offering knee, hip, shoulder and hand services, the staff includes Dr. Jeffrey Lyman, Dr. Adam Olscamp and Dr. Kate Kuhlman-Wood. Gail Batchelder is office manager.

Specializing in family wellness with natural methods, Aligned Family Chiropractic is opening in Suite C at 3904 E. Mullan Ave. in Post Falls.

The Filling Station opening in Post Falls
Offering a large craft beer selection and a pub-style menu, The Filling Station is opening in April in Suite K of Milltown Strip Mall at 306 S. Spokane St. in Post Falls.
With 35 inside seats and an enclosed patio area, the menu will include chicken, baby-back ribs, Chicago-style pizza, bacon-wrapped lamb, beer-cheese soup and waffles. Hours will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
