Whitefish City Council meets on Monday, April 1 at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall at 418 E. Second St. The following agenda items will be discussed, subject to change:

- During a work session at 5:30 p.m., Council will discuss small wireless technology and at 6:30 p.m. hold the annual Council goal setting session.

- Hear the annual review and consideration of approval for the Whitefish Convention and Visitor Bureau marking plan and budget for FY20.

- Consideration of awarding a consulting contract for the Whitefish sustainable tourism management plan for Phase 1.

- Consideration of a resolution declaring certain property to be unneeded and obsolete, and authorizing the disposal of such property.

- Consideration of an ordinance to rezone 16 parcels annexed into city limits in the Park Knoll neighborhood.

- Consideration of a request from Henry Roberts, Half Full, LLC, on behalf of Densin, LLC, for a conditional user permit to construct a professional office building that exceeds 4,000 square feet at 643 Denver Street and zoned WB-1.

- Consideration of approval of an application from Brett Wrathhall for a Whitefish Lake and lakeshore variance at 430 Parkway Drive for placement of large boulders.
