Citizen of the Year to be named Friday

The Priest River Citizen of the Year will be announced Friday, March, 29, at 5 p.m.
The ceremony to announce the community’s top citizen for the year will take place at the Beardmore Wine Bar & Tap House in the Historic Beardmore Building in downtown Priest River.
The Priest River Chamber of Commerce created the award to honor residents who go above and beyond in the community helping others, please nominate them.
The award was originally planned to take part as part of Meet Priest River, held yesterday to give the region’s residents a chance to learn more about what is going on in the community as well as local businesses, non-profit groups and local events.
