Lynn Ann Parise passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, in Sandpoint, Idaho. She was 66.

Lynn was born on July 25, 1952 in Trinidad, Colo., to John and Charlene Parise. She lived in Colorado with her parents and her two brothers until the age of four when she and her family moved to Sacramento, Calif.

On January 28, 1978 Lynn married the love of her life Mike Dugan, and they had two children, Kevin and Katie. Together as a family, they moved to Clark Fork, Idaho, in 1983.

Lynn worked for the U.S. Forest Service for 31 years in Clark Fork, Idaho; Priest Lake, Idaho; and Missoula, Mont., and retired in 2015. She loved working outdoors and getting her hands dirty may it be from planting trees for the USFS or gardening at home. She was an avid fan of the Montana Grizzles and loved cheering for the Gonzaga Bulldogs. But Lynn’s true passion was her family, everything from cheering against any team Mike was cheering for, to spending time with Kevin and her beloved grandson Jack or having a breakfast date with Katie and her husband, Brian, to cuddling her companion dog, Daisy.

She is survived by her mother, Charlene Parise; brother, Jim Parise (Georgia); husband, Mike Dugan; son, Kevin Dugan; daughter, Katie Ailor (Brian); and grandson, Jack Dugan. She was preceded in death by her father, John Parise; and brother, Mike Parise.

A celebration of her life will take place on July 25, 2019, in Priest Lake, Idaho

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Priest Lake Memory Garden in Lynn’s name.
