Myrta Minerva Convery, 82

Myrta Minerva Convery passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, She was 82.

She was born Dec. 19, 1936, in Townsend, Mont.

Myrta earned a cosmetology license and worked in hair salons. She eventually owned a hair salon and then taught cosmetology in Spokane and Seattle, Wash.

Myrta met Robert Convery in 1989; they married in 1991 and enjoyed more than 26 years together until Robert’s passing in January 2018.

Myrta is survived by her son, Cody Vinson; stepsons Kenneth Convery and his wife, Sandra Convery, and Michael Convery and his wife, Andrea Convery; stepdaughter Susan Convery and her partner, Hsin Yang. In addition, she leaves behind her four grandchildren: Jordan, Fiona, Megan and Liam Convery.
