BONNERS FERRY — On May 30, Bonners Ferry will be hosting Governor Brad Little, Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Director Dave Jeppesen, Idaho Department of Labor Director Jani Revier, Idaho Department of Commerce Director Tom Kealey, Idaho Department of Environmental Quality Director John Tippets, Idaho State Police Colonel Kedrick R. Wills, and other Idaho representatives for “Capital for a Day.”

From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Boundary County Fairgrounds, residents can go meet the representatives, ask questions, voice concerns and discuss anything that they feel needs to be addressed.

Representatives from the Idaho Division of Building Safety, Idaho Department of Fish and Game, Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation, Idaho Office of Emergency Management and the Idaho Transportation Department will be attending to answer questions as well.

“I am excited to visit the residents of Bonners Ferry and listen to their unique concerns,” Governor Little said. “This is an important opportunity for state government leaders to relate directly to the people of Idaho through their questions and suggestions.”
