Architerra Homes names Clint Peterson its new president

Up and coming new builder Architerra Homes is announcing new corporate leadership. The first of which is the new president, Clint Peterson. Previous president of Architerra Melissa Wells will take on the CEO role, Allen Dykes will be placed as VP of Customer Experience and Marketing, and Lisa Briner will join Architerra as the CFO. The homebuilder attracts buyers from west coast cities to live the Pacific Northwest lifestyle in Idaho and Eastern Washington.

Peterson is thrilled with his new role and sees only good things coming in the future for Architerra Homes. “I am very excited to be in this new role with Architerra Homes,” said Peterson. “Our communities in Post Falls and Coeur d’Alene are poised for rapid growth and I consider myself very fortunate to be a part of a very bright future for this area,” he said.

Clint Peterson joins the organization with a 30-year career filled with construction experience, most recently as general manager of Schumacher Homes Louisiana and general manager of Betenbough Homes West Texas. CFO Lisa Briner brings 20 years of accounting, financial reporting and analysis to the company. Prior to joining Architerra, Lisa was the senior manager of corporate accounting for Red Lion Hotels Corporation and senior financial analyst for Itron, Inc.

The homebuilder appeals to transplant buyers as well as local market homebuyers. They look to transform the market in the Pacific Northwest by providing more value as well as more options. Architerra already has multiple properties including Foxtail, The Reserve and Woodbridge South in Post Falls, and The Trails and the Signature Collection in Coeur d’Alene.

New CEO of Architerra Homes Melissa Wells emphasizes what makes the builder unique from others in the region. “Our goal is to build communities and homes that have long-lasting value — houses that homebuyers are proud to call home,” Wells said.
