Bartender bear sprayed, then robbed in Hungry Horse

Flathead County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a robbery early in the morning at the Dam Town Tavern in Hungry Horse Nov. 12.
A thin man wearing glasses and a ski mask, and dressed in all black, allegedly sprayed a female bartender with bear spray and stole a wood box containing about $4,000 in cash, then took off out the back door of the business, according to the Sheriff’s Office. The robbery occurred about 1:30 a.m.
The Sheriff’s Office posted a Facebook announcement Wednesday afternoon, asking anyone with information about the robbery to email [email protected].
The reference number for the case is 2019-35528.
