- The Friday, Oct. 11 “An Evening With Authors” event at the Coeur d’Alene Public Library has been canceled. Husband-and-wife duo Simeon Mills and Sharma Shields were expected to read from their newest books, “The Obsoletes” and “The Cassandra,” respectively. Library organizers said those who already purchased tickets will be refunded.
