Edith Louise (Cagle) Clark-Done, 92

Edith Louise (Cagle) Clark-Done, 92, of Post Falls, passed away Sept. 30, 2019. Louise was born to Everett Deon Cagle and Mintie Artisha Vick and was raised in Fort Smith, Ark. Her family moved to California during the Dust Bowl era.

Louise married Earnest Clark in August, 1944. She lived in many areas of California, and also in Malta and Africa, but her favorite place to live was on her ranch in Pittville, Calif. She married Robert Done in October, 1991. They eventually made their home by Hayden Lake, Idaho.

Louise loved to go to second hand and antique stores. She was an extremely talented seamstress and made gorgeous clothing. Louise also loved to travel and had traveled throughout Europe, Africa, Mexico and the United States.

She was a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed working on genealogy.

Survivors include her son, Terrell (Gwen) Clark of Edgewater, Fla.; daughter, Cheryle (Terry) Miller of Grangeville, Idaho; grandchildren, Cheri (Michael) Rew, Donna Clark, Bryan (Babs) Clark, Bradley (Jill) Mechelke, Terry Miller II and Sarah Finley; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Hannah, Danielle, Alek, Andrew, Cameron, Timothy, Steven, Brittany, Kyla, Gavin, Chloe, Marissa and Mikayla; and brothers Charlie Cagle and Don Cagle.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; her sisters Millie Benton, Nadine Gordon and Ruby Gilmore and her brother, Carlos Cagle.

A small private memorial will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Idaho, 2290 West Prairie Ave. Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815.
