Pam Lippi is pleased to announce the launch of her second novel titled, “From Lucca with Love”.

Lippi’s earliest recollection of her late husband Jim’s family begins in 1936. Stories written between the bindings of “From Lucca with Love” originated while family gathered around the dining table, sharing tales from their Italian heritage richly steeped in culture and passed through generations of love, offering legacies path. Much of her book was written, re-written and polished with Jim while he bravely battled cancer. The couple spent many hours sharing life‘s memories laughing and crying while paying homage to their families legacy.

“From Lucca with Love” begins in 1936 during the Italian rule of Mussolini, spans three generations telling four love stories, mixed with the history of this wonderful family.

The community is invited to join Pam Lippi and her family for the launching of “From Lucca with Love” on Saturday, Oct. 26, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Ivano’s Ristorante’ main dining room.

Books will be for sale at Ivano’s, Corner Book Store, Sandpoint Super Drug and Vanderford’s Book Store.
