- North Idaho College will host the eighth annual Special Needs Basketball Extravaganza on Tuesday, with 5:30 p.m. tip-off, at Christianson Gymnasium on campus. A second game will start at 6:45 p.m. Athletes will be called to the court over the loudspeaker while smoke machines and laser lights pump up the players and crowd, with NIC basketball players and coaches assisting.
