BONNERS FERRY — Coldwell Banker North Woods Realty received an award naming them a “Top Power Brokerage” from Real Estate Magazine 2019.

“I am proud of our team to be recognized for the production that we have accomplished,” said Coldwell Banker North Woods Realty owner, CJ Tuma.

According to Tuma, they currently rank as the No. 1 brokerage in Boundary county for units sold and dollar volume sold.

“We have a fun office, great group of agents, and a top-notch office manager which all come together to form a professional, full-service Real Estate Brokerage for our clients in Bonners Ferry,” said Tuma.

Not quite three years ago, Tuma purchased, renamed and re-marketed the brokerage in Bonners Ferry. Ever evolving, he hinted at surprises coming next year.

“We’re just getting started,” he said. “All of us at Coldwell Banker North Woods Realty would like to say thank you for entrusting us with your Real Estate needs in Boundary County; we couldn’t do it without the support and business that we have been so graciously given from our community.”

In support of the community, especially veterans, on Veterans Day, Nov. 11, veterans will be able to enjoy a meal for free at Mi Pueblo if they bring their military ID.

“Your meal is on us, Coldwell Banker North Woods Realty, as our way of saying thank you for your service,” said Tuma.
