Eureka claims Libby Invite championship

The Eureka High School boys cross country team was a runner-up at the Libby Invitational Saturday at J Neils Park.
Issac Reynolds led Eureka with a fifth-place finish in 17:30.4.
Aidan Jarvis of Columbia Falls and Lara Erickson of Columbia Falls were the individual winners for boys and girls.
Jarvis had a winning time of 17:01.36 seconds.
Erickson finished 32 seconds ahead of the field in her race with a time of 20:15.7.
The Columbia Falls girls team also won.
For Libby, on the boys side, Lucky Martin was its top finisher. He was 21st in 20:15.5.
Dawson Rose was 26th in 21:41.1. Tristan Place was 27th in 22:09.3 and Vance Ward was 28th in 22:16.2.
Halona LaFleur led the Lady Loggers as she placed 17th in 24:06.2. Aurora Smith was 24th in 26:32.8.
