Suzanne Marie Frank, 91
Suzanne Marie Frank was born Oct. 5, 1927, to Julius and Alice (Gutwinski) Cavilla in Minneapolis, Minn. She grew up in Minneapolis and graduated from Marshall High School. She then attended the Minneapolis Institute of Arts for a degree in art.
In 1950, she met Erwin W. Frank and that same year, the couple was united in marriage. Their union was blessed with a son, Steven W. Frank. Suzanne worked as a steel and die engraver in commercialized printing in Minneapolis. She later retired and moved to Hayden Lake, Idaho. On Sept. 14, 2019, Suzanne died peacefully at Schneidmiller Hospice House in Coeur d’Alene, at the age of 91 years.
Suzanne was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Coeur d’Alene. She was also very active with the Eagles and Elks lodges. Suzanne enjoyed going out to eat, extensive travel throughout the United States, art, and she especially enjoyed the time spent with her family.
Suzanne is lovingly remembered by her son, Steven Frank of Spokane, Wash.; two grandchildren, Adam Frank and Nicole Barnett and a brother, Richard Cavilla of Minneapolis.
Blessed and eternal be the memory of Suzanne Frank.
Memorial service for Suzanne will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23, 2019, at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, at 625 E. Haycraft Ave., Coeur d’Alene.
