Arlee gridders fall to Plains, 46-20

Colt Crawford led the Warriors (1-3) with two rushing touchdowns, Noah Coulson also caught a TD pass from quarterback Cody Tanner, but Arlee lost to Plains, 46-20.

Tanner also ran for a 2-point conversion.

Plains led 22-12 at halftime before outscoring the Warriors 24-8 in the second half.

Gavin Regaldo led the Horsemen with four rushing touchdowns while Nathan McNulty and Treydon Brouilette each ran for 2-point conversions.

Friday, Arlee hosts Darby and Plains hosts Thompson Falls.

“The boys played hard and never quit. We had many unfortunate circumstances to overcome and in the end Plains just did a little bit more than we did,” Arlee head coach Chuck Forgey said.

Wood is charged with deliberate homicide in connection with the death of Thompson Falls resident Matthew LaFriniere in May 2018.
