I am moved by a message about “human rights.” My question is why the majority of us must sacrifice our rights for the rights of some group?

My understanding is that we all have rights. The issue of “trans genders” leaves science and demands rights for a new group. I have sons and daughters. I think it is their right to compete against like chromosome individuals, not someone claiming a gender.

Scientifically, bodies with xy chromosomes are different than bodies with xx chromosomes. The bodies of one set is by nature stronger and larger than the other, otherwise Soviet athletes Tamara and Irena Press would have all of the world and Olympic records. They do not because the Olympic committee began testing chromosome makeup. The committee has stopped and we saw results in the last Olympics.

The Idaho laws are not discrimination against transgenders, but protection of fairness in competition of young athletes.

Briefly, the opinion on “Stutterers” states the problem is “not emotional or psychological.” The problem is largely related to emotional stress, such as teasing by siblings. He referenced the film “the King’s Speech” which illustrates that fact.
