Notice of Public Hearing on Petition For the Formation o f the East Priest Lake Fire Protection District Idaho Code§31-1404 LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Idaho Code Title 31, Chapter 14 the Board of County Commissioners for Bonner County, Idaho will hold a public hearing on a Petition for the Formation of the East Priest Lake Fire Protection District. The public hearing will be held at the following date, time and location: Date: April20, 2020 Time: 2:00p.m. Location: 1500 HWY 2, Suite 338, Sandpoint, ID 83864 Any taxpayer within the proposed boundaries of such proposed district may appear and offer testimony pertaining to the organization of such proposed district, the proposed boundaries or including I excluding of any real property. BONNER COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES PONDERAY SATELLITE EMS FACILITY EXTENSION NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed Bids will be received by Bonner County at the office of the County Commissioners of said County on or before the 24th day of April, 2020, until the hour of 9:00 a.m. for the Ponderay Satellite EMS Facility Project. REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF FUNDS On or about April 19, 2020 Idaho Housing and Finance Association will submit a request to HUD for the release of HOME funds under Title II of the Cranston-Gonzales National Affordable Housing Act, as amended through 1998, to undertake a project known as Samuelson Place Apartments for the purpose of a new construction 91-unit apartment complex which will provide affordable housing. The approximate 5.5+/- acres project site is vacant land located on the west side of Samuelson Drive, approximately 200 feet north of Woodland Drive, in Sandpoint, ID 83864. FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT Idaho Housing and Finance Association has determined that the project will have no significant impact on the human environment. Therefore, an Environmental Impact Statement under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) is not required.
