Whitefish Theatre Co. canceled the remained of its 2019-20 season on Friday, including productions of “Sense and Sensibility.” “Seminar,” “The Revolutionists” and a show by the Derina Harvey Band. The community theater’s fundraiser, Project Whitefish Kids Wine and Food Fest that was originally scheduled for May 6, has also been canceled.
“With so much uncertainty for the future and WTC’s desire to keep the community safe in the coming months, WTC decided it was not possible to reschedule any shows to a later date this season,” the theater stated in a media release.
All of the planned shows will be rescheduled for the 2020-21 season. Tickets to any or all of these shows will be honored in the upcoming season. Additionally, all season tickets will be prorated for next year to accommodate shows that were missed. WTC is asking for patience as they reschedule events and put together their season for next year.
