Up to $900,000 may be available to the City of Mattawa on a statewide competitive basis to fund public facility, community facility, economic development, planning and affordable housing projects that principally benefit low-and moderate-income persons. An outline of the proposed Mattawa Government Road Project will be available for review at the Mattawa City Hall until 4:00 PM on May 15, 2020. City of Moses Lake Notice of Closed Record Public Hearing (Revised) Sydney Development Major Plat: CAD Homes. LLC. submitted an application on December 11, 2019 for a 31 lot major plat in an R1- Residential zone. The site is located at the extension of Roberta St, at 4418 E Sharon Ave, in a portion of the NW 1/4 of S26, T 19, R 28 EWM. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this proposal February 13, 2020. The public hearing was extended to February 27, 2020. The Planning Commission took oral and written testimony during the hearing. The Sydney Development Preliminary Plat was approved with conditions. The Planning Commission will conduct a closed record public hearing on April 23, 2020 at 7:00 pm. to clarify the conditions of approval numbers 4 and 5. Condition 4: Remove structures from Lot 23.
