GRANT COUNTY - GRANT COUNTY - There are 122 confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus in Grant County as of Monday evening, with one new case reported in Moses Lake, according to the Grant County Health District.

This is the first time since March 19 that only one new case was identified. Another case was identified as belonging to another county, so the countywide total did not increase at all Tuesday.

There are also 28 “probable” cases, which include people with symptoms of the virus who have had close contact with a person known to have been sickened with COVID-19.

Seven people sickened with the novel coronavirus are currently hospitalized, up by one since Sunday, and at least three people have recovered from their previous hospitalization. Twenty-eight people have recovered enough to no longer be placed under quarantine, the health district reported Monday.
