The project includes the demolition and replacement of the boys' and girls' restrooms in the original school building. Work includes the partial demolition of the existing structure including exterior walls, foundation, roof structure, plumbing fixtures and electrical systems. Construction includes new boys' and girls' restrooms, janitor's room, access and egress corridors. The mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems will be a design-build as proposed by the general contractor and will meet current codes and construction standard of care.
