Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit application and SEPA Checklist was received by Grant County on January 30, 2020, from WW Pumping Services Inc. 630 Valley Mall Parkway #629 East Wenatchee, WA 98802 (509-884-7960) The application materials were found to be technically complete on August 3, 2020. PROJECT: A Conditional Use Permit and SEPA Checklist for the establishment of a Biosolids/Septage Management Land Application Site. The total site is 1057 acres of which approximately 70 acres will be utilized for land application. This proposal is located in the Rural Resource Zoning District of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Statewide Bio solids Management General Permit, SEPA Environmental Checklist and Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: Habitat assessment report LOCATION: The subject parcels are located approx. 4 mile northwest of the city of Quincy.
