For the DNC, activities are set for 9-11 pm ET each night. Joe Biden plans to accept his party’s nomination from Wilmington, Delaware on Thursday, Aug. 20, the final night of the convention. The timing of Biden’s speech has not yet been released. His vice presidential pick, Kamala Harris, speaks on Wednesday night from Wilmington, Delaware.
