July 17

Report of a prowler in the 300 block of East Jefferson Avenue in Priest River at 1:09 a.m.

Anthony Coulson, 27, of Priest River was placed under citizen’s arrest in the 2700 block of U.S. 2 in Priest River at 2:20 p.m. on a charge of battery.

Report of information on N. State Avenue at 2:25 a.m.

Report of a prowler on S. State Avenue in Oldtown at 3:02 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

July 16

Daniel K. Barrett, 31, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 300 block of S. Boyer Avenue at 6:23 a.m. on a civil protection order violation, possession of meth, and on a felony Kootenai County warrant.

Report of a suspicious incident in the area of W. Superior Street and S. Fourth Avenue at 7:59 a.m.

A found wallet was returned to its owner in the area of Pine and Division at 10:44 a.m.

Officers were unable to locate a suspended driver in the 4000 block of Woodland Drive at 10:44 a.m.

A wallet was found in the 1200 block of N. Division Avenue at 1:50 p.m.

Anthony E. Maciel, 31, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1000 block of W. Lake Street at 2:12 p.m. on a Bonner County warrant.

A cellphone found in the Bridge Street area was returned to its owner at 2:10 p.m.

A bicycle was found on Ontario Street was returned to its owner at 3:52 p.m.

A helmet was taken in the 400 block of Church Street at 4:50 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the N. Ella Avenue area at 5:29 p.m.

Report of two disorderly males in the 1100 block of Main Street at 5:34 p.m.

Report of a suspicious male in the area of Jefferson Avenue and Main Street at 6:13 p.m.

Katlyn M. Krystinak, 35, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of N. Division Avenue and Pine Street at 10:16 p.m. on a charge of excessive driving under the influence.

July 17

Officers were unable to locate a suspicious male reported in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 1:25 a.m.

A 15-year-old male was cited in the area of S. Boyer Avenue and W. Superior Street at 2:16 a.m. on charges of possession of alcohol and tobacco (infractions) and three juveniles were warned at the same time and location for being out past curfew.

PONDERAY POLICE

July 16

An officer responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury collision in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 1:16 p.m.

An officer received a call in reference to loitering in the 300 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 5:23 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 477300 block of U.S. 95 at 9:54 p.m.
