Report of fraud in the 34000 block of Highway 41 in Oldtown at 9:43 a.m.

Report of an inoperative hazard light at Priest Lake near Bartoo Island at 8:21 a.m.

A detention deputy on N. Boyer Road asked a deputy for assistance with an inmate at 10:15 a.m.

A counterfeit bill was reported passed in the 5700 block of Highway 2 in Priest River at 10:47 a.m.

Joshua McKnight, 38, was arrested in the 4100 block of USFS 278 in Clark Fork at 10:47 a.m. on a Bonner County warrant and on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Report of a malicious injury to property on Glacier Loop Road in Bayview at 10:45 a.m.

Report of a burglary in the 100 block of Juneberry Lane in Priest River at 10:54 a.m.

Report of harassment in the 700 block of Bourbon Lane in Nordman at 10:57 a.m.

Jacob Bobst of Spirit Lake was arrested at Hoo Doo Loop and Highway 41 in Oldtown at 11:16 a.m. on charges of petit theft and malicious injury to property.

Deputies were assigned to a reckless driving call in the Bottle Bay Road area of Sagle at 12:35 p.m.

A marine deputy responded to a call in the S. Shores Road area in Coolin on Priest Lake at 12:52 p.m.

Report of a suspicious circumstances in the 200 block of E. Fourth Street N. in Oldtown at 1:33 p.m.

A missing person was reported in the Box Canyon area at 2:25 p.m.

Melissa Jackson of Montana was charged at 3:05 p.m. with possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and destruction of evidence in the 1000 block of U.S. 2 in Oldtown; and deputies advised that a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm is also being investigated.

Deputies responded to the 467000 block of Highway 200 for a report of illegal dumping near Hope at 3:04 p.m.

Report of information in the 200 block of Laclede Ferry Road in Laclede at 3:26 p.m.

Justin Dobson of Newport was cited in the 100 block of Tank Road in Oldtown at 3:36 p.m. on a charge commercial burglary.

A marine deputy responded to a report of a disabled vessel with five people on board on Lake Pend Oreille in the Sagle area at 3:47 p.m.

Report of a non-injury accident on Highway 200 in the Ponderay area at 3:57 p.m.

A reckless was reported in the area of Mountain View and E. Spring Creek roads in Clark Fork at 5:14 p.m.

Report of a civil dispute on North Main Street in Clark Fork at 5:13 p.m.

Report of disorderly conduct n the 4700 block of West Lakeshore Road in Priest Lake at 5:56 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the area of Hickey Road at 6:12 p.m.

A reckless driver was reported in the 481000 block of U.S. 95 at 6:48 p.m.

Georgia Dahl, 45, of Priest River, contacted during a traffic stop and charged with failure to provide proof of insurance at 7:24 p.m.

Report of a structure fire on E. Settlement Road in Priest River at 7:37 p.m

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Spirit Lake Cutoff Road at 6 p.m.

Robert Howard, 62, of Drummond, Montana, was cited in the 24000 block of U.S. 2 at 8:36 p.m. on a charge of driving without insurance (second offense)..

A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 800 block of Gypsy Bay Road in Sagle at 8;28 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 3000 block of Schweitzer Mountain Road at 8:54 p.m.

Report of a suspicious person in the 200 block of Leisure Lane at 8:52 p.m.

A reckless driver was reported on Highway 41 in Spirit Lake at 10:34 p.m.

Report of a weapons offense on Old House Road in Athol at 11:08 p.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

July 27

Fireworks were reported set off on a porch in the 400 block of E. Mountain View Drive at 7:36 a.m.

An officer advised that a vehicle theft reported on Fourth Avenue at 8:29 a.m. was unfounded.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver headed from the area of U.S. 2 and Robertson Road at 9:15 a.m.

An officer advised at 10:22 a.m. that a male will be trespassed from a business in the 200 block of S. Division Avenue when he is contacted.

Information was relayed to law enforcement in the Cedar Street area at 11:06 a.m.

Five juveniles were issued verbal warnings against jumping off the bridge in the Cedar Street area at 11:06 a.m.

Report of a municipal code violation on N. Florence Avenue at 11:20 a.m.

Officers advised that an alarm in the 400 block of S. Boyer Avenue at 12:54 p.m. was unfounded.

A municipal code violation was reported in the area of Chestnut Street and N. Boyer Road at 1:10 p.m.

A municipal code violation was reported in the 1100 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 1:44 p.m.

A municipal code violation was reported in the 1100 block of Church Street at 2:10 p.m.

Officers advised that an alarm reported in the 1000 block of Pine Street at 2:13 p.m. was unfounded.

Found drugs in the Fifth Avenue area were turned in to the police department at 2:31 p.m.

Report of a dog locked inside a vehicle in the 100 block of Bridge Street at 3:14 p.m.

A suspicious incident was reported in the 2600 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 3:41 p.m.

A dog bite was reported in the 300 block of Sprague Street in Kootenai at 4:55 p.m.

Report of a verbal dispute between sisters in the 500 block of Chestnut Street at 7:20 p.m.

A 15-year-old male and 14-year-old male, both of Sandpoint were issued promises to appear at 8:24 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana.

July 28

An officer was unable to locate juveniles reported to be causing problems in the 200 block of Kootenai Street in Kootenai at 12:18 a.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

July 27

An officer responded to a reckless driver in the 900 block of Triangle Drive at 9:28 a.m.

Richard N. Denbo, 37, of Sagle, was cited in the 1100 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 3:54 p.m. on charges of driving without privileges and failure to provide proof of insurance.

An officer was dispatched to an alarm in the 1200 block of Triangle Drive at 5:25 p.m.

Adrian C. Needs, 27, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 300 block of Fifth Street at 5:43 p.m. on charges of stalking in the first degree.

Report of a possible unlawful entry in the 500 block of Oak Street at 10:24 p.m.

July 27

A weeds complaint was reported on Kluth Street at 10:11 a.m.

Report of a weapons offense on Second Street at 1:29 p.m.
