BONNERS FERRY — Century 21 Four Seasons Realty has spent the last year building upon their skills, and it has paid off with competitive services and winning Best of Boundary real estate office and Realtor.
Kirsten Madden owns and operates Century 21 Four Seasons Realty with over 30 years of experience in realty and a realty team consisting of six employees.
The focus of Century 21 has pushed for upgrading skills and utilizing new helpful resources.
According to Madden, “We also have the best tools available in the market to serve both our buyer and seller clients.”
Madden works hard to provide many marketing options that include high-quality photos and videos, specialized social media platforms, analytical tools, online campaigns, postcards, flyers and other customizable tools.
Real estate can often be complex and confusing, but Madden and her staff work to humanize the process by going beyond the transaction and focusing on clients’ needs.
“The most precious assets of our company are first and foremost, our clients,” Madden said, “We take our client relationships personally and go the extra mile to get to know you and your specific needs.”
At the heart of the business is the mission statement that believes in “building relationships and opening doors of opportunity for our clients.”
The real estate market is growing in North Idaho, and Century 21 has continued to grow alongside the market’s new demands; keeping up with the need has allowed the use of dynamic, user-friendly mobile-optimized websites and 21 step buyers guide for clients.
For Kirsten Madden, owner/broker, building relationships is the lifeblood of her business.
Kirsten’s heart for the real estate industry, her clients, agent team, employees, and the greater community has kept growing, which has helped Century 21 Four Seasons Realty flourish.
With an in-depth knowledge of state and local real estate markets, Kirsten has her finger on the pulse of trends and changes that can impact our clients. As a result, she can offer insights and recommendations that other agencies cannot provide, guiding her clients into realizing their goals.
Kirsten gives back to the community, serving as a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician with Boundary Ambulance, Secretary of the Selkirk Association of Realtors MLS Board.
As a frequent volunteer and donor to many local events including school activities, sports, Bonners Ferry Rotary, Food Drives, GROW community gardens, 4-H, Fry Health Care Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, Hope House, and Special Olympics.
Century 21 Four Seasons Real Estate isn’t all work, and the occasional prank helps to keep things light when appropriate.
“We love to have fun while we work. Our office is always friendly and inviting, but be careful because our team is always up for a good joke or prank.” Madden said.
Century 21 Four Seasons Realty is located at 6521 Walker Lane.
