Mark M.L. Gajda, 36, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of N. Third Avenue and Church Street at 4:25 p.m. on a Bonner County misdemeanor warrant.
Robert A Clauser, 31, of Ponderay, was arrested in the 1100 block of Maple Avenue at 5:21 p.m. on a charge of resisting/obstructing an officer.
A child playing with a phone dialed 911 in the Washington Avenue area at 5:27 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate a vehicle with a dog reported to be locked inside in the 100 block of Bridge Street at 5:57 p.m.
