Christian Moes, 25, of Sandpoint, was arrested at 7:27 p.m. in the 468000 block of U.S. 95 in Sagle on an outstanding warrant and was additionally charged with Driving Without privileges.

Deputies responded to the Hawthorne Drive area of Sagle for a traffic hazard reported at 8:30 p.m.
