Officers responded to the 2200 block of West Broadway Avenue for a report of a man with dementia who assaulted his wife because he thought she was a burglar. The man was transported to the hospital for evaluation and treatment.

Officers responded to the Peninsula Boat Launch for a report that the bathrooms had been vandalized.

Officers responded to the 1500 block of West Broadway Avenue for a report of a storage unit that had been broken into and emptied out by unknown suspects. Among other stolen items, an antique German sewing machine was taken.

Officers responded to the 1800 block of West Marina Drive for a report of a vehicle that had been shot with an air gun.

Officers responded to the 4200 block of Grape Drive Northeast for a report of a car that was taken without permission by the owner’s ex-boyfriend.

Officers responded to Carniceria Primo for a report of an unknown suspect that vandalized the bathroom.

Officers responded to Sportsman’s Warehouse for a report of a woman hitting vehicles in the parking lot.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of North Stratford Road for a report of a robbery in the Longview Tracts area, in which the victim’s vehicle was stolen.

Officers responded to Michael’s on the Lake for a report of a traffic stop of a vehicle stolen out of Pasco. Police also located heroin.

Dec. 3

Officers responded to the 800 block of East Sharon Avenue for a report of a subject stealing packages from the apartment offices.

Officers responded to the 1800 block of West Peninsula Drive for a report of a dog that attacked and killed the dog of a neighbor.

Officers responded to the 1700 block of East Kittelson Road for a report of a woman found in the area who was reported to have run away from a treatment center in Montana.

Dec. 4

Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Broadway Avenue for a report of a woman trying to pass a counterfeit $100 bill with Chinese script on it.

Officers responded to the 2100 block of South Beaumont Drive for a report of a resident’s mailbox that had been gone through and her mail thrown out onto her yard.

Officers responded to the 2200 block of West Peninsula Drive for a report of a group of mailboxes that had been gone through and all mail was taken.

Officers responded to Cloud 509 Vape for a report of items believed to belong to a homeless person, including a blanket and sleeping bag, found in a room of the business.

Dec. 5

Officers responded to the 1300 block of East Nen Drive for a report of a man who attempted to steal a four-wheeler from a resident’s driveway.

Officers responded to the WinCo Foods for a report of a purse that a customer forgot at the store that was stolen by another customer.

Officers responded to the 1700 block of South Beaumont Drive for a report of a package that was stolen from outside of a residence. Most of the items were later recovered, but a silver Fossil watch with a pink face has not been recovered.
