Willie Gerald Arredondo, 59, of Quincy, was booked on probation violations stemming from an underlying charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Dec. 5

Rojelio Andrade Ayala, 60, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of driving while under the influence.

Dec. 6

Michael Bensal, 43, of Soap Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Jorge Duarte Tapia, 33, of Warden, was booked on charges of violations of a domestic violence no-contact/protection order, third-degree driving while license suspended and failure to transfer a title within 45 days.

Stephen John Mielke, 44, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of theft of a motor vehicle and second-degree vehicle prowling.

Sergio Mora Urbano, 37, of Royal City, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.

William James Musselman, 32, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of second-degree burglary, as well as for probation violations stemming from underlying charges of second-degree burglary and second-degree possession of stolen property.

Emily Louise Peters, 28, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of second-degree burglary.

Shelton Demarco Guevera, 29, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of violation of a no-contact/protection order.

Triston David Duplichan, 24, of Warden, was booked on charges of first-degree trafficking of stolen property, possession of a stolen vehicle, unlawful possession of a firearm, second-degree driving while license suspended, third-degree driving while license suspended, reckless driving and attempting to elude law enforcement.

Isaac Bruno Avila, 26, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm.

Esteban Eloy Garza, 35, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Dec. 8

Andrew Warren Larkins, 24, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of second-degree malicious mischief and second-degree assault.
