Richard H. Tholen, 90, died Dec. 15, 2020, at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center in Libby. Services were held Dec. 18, 2020, at 1 p.m. at the City of Libby Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Schnackenberg Funeral Home in Libby.
