Man bothered by 'random ramblings'

A man apparently delivered two suspicious packages to a recipient, including a “large envelope of random ramblings.” The items were taken by the Kalispell Police Department to be destroyed.
A man was seen lying on the side of a road, but he told a KPD officer he was fine.
A property manager asked a man to leave a location after he was spotted going through a previous owner’s trash.
A woman who doesn’t have a cell phone went to the KPD lobby because she said she was the victim of a telemarketing scam.
A homeowner was suspicious of a vehicle she didn’t recognize parked in front of her house. She reported the unknown vehicle had a door handle hanging down that was “maybe broken.”
A man told the police he “heard that people were going to go ransack the residence that his ex-wife currently lives in.”
A mother called the police because her “teenage son was being verbally belligerent” and refusing to go to his room. The relatives apparently resolved the issue.
A homeowner said someone was wandering around his front door at night and knocked on the door but he didn’t answer. A police officer drove through the area.
A man wanted his girlfriend to leave the area when she was sitting in her vehicle. He said she wasn’t causing a problem but he “just wanted her gone,” and then she left.
A man reported two other men he saw walking south down North Meridian Road. He said he thought they were carrying rifles, but they were actually carrying BB guns.
Someone was worried about a woman in a car, “slumped over, sleeping at a bad angle.” She was checked on and there was apparently no need for medical assistance.
Someone called the police about a driver heading east from Kila throwing garbage out the windows of the vehicle.
A woman said an off-leash dog “started to come after” her son and she got in a “verbal altercation” with the dog owner.
An intoxicated man was reported to the Flathead Country Sheriff’s Office for “destroying things” in his house.
A man said his wife stole his debit card and has been taking money out of his mother’s account.
