HARRISON FLATS — Senior Josh Constantin scored 23 points for Clark Fork boys basketball as the Wampus Cats completed a season sweep of Kootenai on Saturday with a 55-41 win.
This is Clark Fork’s second North Star League victory this season.
“We started really slow down a few buckets until the team got into their rhythm in the first quarter,” head coach Heath Beason wrote in an email. “Defense picked up but we struggled hitting our shots and the team was getting frustrated. I told them keep your confidence up and keep shooting and in the second quarter the team picked it up on both ends of the court.”
Junior Cameron Garcia added 11 points for Clark Fork (5-11, 2-4 NSL), which travels to Wallace at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
