Notice of Public Hearing City of Royal City City Council Notice is hereby given that the City of Royal City City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the Royal City Parks Plan. An open record hearing will be held before the City Council on Tuesday February 18, 2020 beginning at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible, at the City of Royal City Hall, 445 Camelia St NE, Royal City, WA. Box 37, 35 C Street NW - Room 206, Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, February 18, 2020 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. No conditional bid bond will be accepted.
