Someone wanted to file a theft report with Kalispell Police Department after a woman who was supposedly her father’s caretaker allegedly “raided” her home and took a bunch of her father’s belongings, including her dad’s boat and $25,000 worth of baseball cards after he died.

Police received a report of people driving over a trashcan at a park.

Someone wanted to file charges after a 12-year-old girl was hit across the face by another girl at a dance over the weekend. The person alleged it was tied to ongoing bullying at the school they attended in West Valley.

Someone called police claiming “some strange guy” was outside a Fifth Avenue West house, but they were speaking slowly and weren’t making sense. Police did not see anyone in that location, nor did they see anyone needing help on Ninth Avenue West where the call was plotted.

Dispatchers answered a call during which a woman was heard yelling to someone that she was calling the cops and a man was heard going “woooo.” The woman was reportedly screaming for help and saying “let me out of the room,” a room where he allegedly locked her inside. The man, who sounded intoxicated, allegedly told dispatchers she was trying to kill his family and he was trying to keep her in the room. Dispatchers also heard children crying and smashing sounds.

Flathead County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report on Piney Dell Trail in West Valley where four cows were allegedly pinned up against a house and there were two dead cows. The person calling in the report was concerned because one of the cows reportedly appeared bloated and they couldn’t see a water source. Someone at the residence reportedly said a veterinarian came by, but couldn’t save the two cows that died. The other cows appeared healthy to deputies who saw a water source, but noticed it was starting to freeze over.

A Shawwood Lane resident in Bigfork alleged his ex-girlfriend moved an ATV to a different location in an attempt to prevent him from selling it.

Beams were reported stolen from a business on East Reserve Drive.

Someone on Bens Lane in Lakeside reported their powder skis were stolen from their unlocked vehicle while they were attending church.

A man allegedly seen running along Trumble Creek Road in Columbia Falls looking in mailboxes told officers he was out for a jog and had found a debit card lying on the road, so he placed it in the nearest mailbox. The card was a Lyft debit card and the name on it did not match the names of the residents whose mailbox he placed it in. Deputies took the card for safekeeping.

A property owner calling from Montana 35 in Kalispell told deputies a man was reportedly banging on doors asking for money and possibly selling drugs. The property owner wanted him kicked off the property for good and was unsure why residents didn’t call to complain about the man’s disorderly behavior.
