My take on the State of the Union address while it’s still fresh in my mind: If you’re a liberal, socialist, Democrat, you might want to turn to the comic page and stop reading this — right now! Here goes.

When the president reported African Americans are at the lowest unemployment rate in history, the Republicans stood and applauded. The socialist Democrats sat on their hands with not so much as a smile. My question is, does that make those Democrats racist? And on and on it went.

Another observation was most of the Democrat women were dressed in white — I think much darker colors would’ve been a more fitting choice — as they displayed hate, anger and hostility. Or they should’ve worn blood-red for their pro-stance on late-term abortions and infanticide. But white? It just didn’t fit! And to think they didn’t stand and applaud when Mrs. Trump presented Rush Limbaugh (my hero) with the civilian highest medal of honor. Could it be he tells his 20-30 million listeners each day what the socialists, liberals and Democrats are up to? Yet somehow that’s considered by them to be hate speech!

Now, Nancy Pelosi — just who did she keep muttering to? I heard about a couple who taped cardboard on the screen over her image and proceeded to thoroughly enjoy Trump’s speech. I’m going to suggest next year (if she’s still around) that President Trump present her with a coloring book and crayons — instead of his speech — to keep her content, occupied, amused and challenged.
