RATHDRUM — The Lakeland Joint School District released its first accountability report of the 2019-20 school year.
The district announced Thursday that the report is now available to view on the district's website, www.sd272.org.
"For our District to be healthy and continue to perform at the exemplary level, we need to maintain a strong support system within our community," Superintendent Becky Meyer wrote in the announcement.
"As promised, we will report back to the community twice a year as to how your levy tax dollars are being spent to improve the learning environment and improve student achievement. We are very appreciative of the community's support with levy funds and publish the semi-annual report in order to relay the many benefits are experiencing because of your dedication. We provide an academically rigorous educational program within a safe and supportive social-emotional environment, while being extremely conscientious of the hard-earned dollars the community is providing."
After reviewing the report, suggestions and questions are welcome to contact the district office at 208-687-0431.
