A 31-year-old Post Falls woman has been indicted on one count of lewd conduct with a minor under 16 years old.

Tiffany L. Wolf is accused of having sex with a 12-year-old between March and November last year. Lewd conduct is a felony that carries a sentence of up to life in prison.

Wolf was indicted by a grand jury that used statements from five witnesses to find enough probable cause to bind Wolf over to Coeur d’Alene’s First District Court.

According to the complaint, Wolf on March 1 and again on Nov. 30, 2019, committed lewd and lascivious conduct on an unnamed 12-year-old by “engaging in genital (to) genital, oral (to) genital, and, or manual (to) genital contact … with the intent to arouse ... or gratify the lust or passions or sexual desire of the defendant...”

First District Judge Richard Christensen ordered a no-contact order for two 12-year-olds last week, and Wolf was arrested around 1 a.m. She was brought before the court Tuesday on a warrant where the charges against her were unveiled.

Wolf, who has a minimal criminal record, was released the same day on $50,000 bail. Her next court appearance has not been set.
