Feb. 17

An officer, EMS and Selkirk Fire responded to a report of a disorderly male in the 2000 block of Main Street at 6 a.m.

Report of possible animal cruelty in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 8:07 a.m.

A bank robbery alarm reported on Fifth Avenue at 11:19 a.m. was determined to be unfounded.

A follow-up report was taken on E. First Avenue in Kootenai at 1:23 p.m.

A found credit card was turned in to the police department on W. Lake Street at 2:42 p.m.

Officers were unable to locate a group of juveniles reported to be causing problems in the area of Airport Way and N. Boyer Avenue at 4:27 p.m.

Cristal L. Bangeman, 34, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Chestnut Street at 9:08 p.m. on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

Feb. 17

Report of a controlled substance incident on Highway 2 at 10:17 a.m.

A mental health call was reported on High Street at 12:28 p.m.

Austin W.B. Ray, 22, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested at 4:44 p.m. in the 5500 block of Highway 2 on an active Bonner County warrant, and also on charges of willful concealment of goods and possession of marijuana.

An officer responded to a report of disorderly conduct on E. Jefferson Avenue at 7:44 p.m.
