NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm system will push into the Great Basin and Rockies
with mountain snow and lower-elevation rain tomorrow. Rain
will swoop down into Southern California and the San Joaquin
Valley as well. Afternoon showers will be in store for
eastern Texas and Oklahoma, and into the lower and
mid-Mississippi Valley. Farther east, a huge area of high
pressure will set up shop over the eastern one-third of the
country to allow for dry weather to take place. Temperatures
will increase across this area as well compared to the last
couple of days. An uptick in the wind will develop over the
southern Plains and lower Mississippi Valley. Abundant
sunshine is forecast for the Interstate-95 corridor from
North Carolina through Boston, Massachusetts.
